Winhoven Pipeline specializes in trenchless underground utility installation designed to minimize surface disruption while keeping projects efficient and accurate. Using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), we create a guided underground pathway along a planned route to install pipe and conduit without tearing up roads, driveways, or landscaping. This method is ideal for precision installs and can support single or multiple lines, including packages up to 24” in diameter. For faster, clean installations, we also offer vibratory plowing, a process that feeds cable or conduit into the ground using a vibratory plow and trailing product guide, reaching depths of up to 48 inches. Whether the job requires precision drilling or high-efficiency installation, our team delivers safe, dependable underground solutions built to last.
Excavation & Utility Exposure (Hydro/Air Excavation + Trenching)
When the job requires digging, exposure, or utility access, Winhoven Pipeline provides excavation services focused on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Our hydro excavation process uses high-pressure water combined with a high-speed vacuum system to safely uncover underground utilities with minimal risk of damage. We also offer air (dry) excavation, which uses compressed air to loosen soil that is then vacuumed into a debris tank, making it a great option in conditions where water is not ideal. For projects that require traditional open access, we perform trenching services for underground installations and infrastructure work, ensuring proper depth, alignment, and jobsite organization throughout the process. Underground Infrastructure Support (Manhole Work + Video Inspection + Material Handling)
Winhoven Pipeline offers the essential support services that keep underground projects running smooth and on schedule. Our manhole work includes rodding, roping, and proofing existing duct banks to confirm pathways are clear and ready for new utility installation, helping reduce delays during cable pulls and preventing avoidable issues in the field. We also provide video pipe inspection, allowing clients to visually inspect pipelines, plumbing systems, and storm drains to identify blockages, damage, and structural concerns without unnecessary guesswork. In addition, we support jobsite efficiency through material handling and hauling, transporting and unloading loose materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, and demolition debris. These services help contractors stay organized, reduce downtime, and keep projects progressing with confidence.
